Available in person or online during these sessions I work with your higher self to transmute lower frequencies and align with your highest timeline. Using somatic practices together we traverse the realms of your Souls evolutionary path to align with your own personal mastery.
Once you experience the healing tools of voice and breath in these sessions you will embody them and take them with you in your tool kit for you life.
Somatic Birth Preparation
1:1 1 off session
Pregnancy is an initiation. A shedding and a rebirth. These sessions are to be a salve and ally during this transformation time. Available online and in person I will meet you where you are at. Answering questions around birthing and allowing space for all that arises physicaly, emotionally and relationally through this rite of passage.
Together we will release fears and open you up to the highest timeline of your birthing experience.
Birth Debrief
Be witnessed and held and heard after your birth.
Whatever birthing experience you had, there were lessons and patterns that you may have witnessed cyclically through your life. These debrief sessions are a safe space to be fully heard in your story a space to release and purge and also to remember the beauty.
These sessions are for Post Partum Mothers, Partners or Birth
Antenatal Sessions
Depending on who you are and which baby you are on these sessions have the ability to be uniquely tailored to you.

Standard Doula Package $3000
This package includes:
Free meetup to see if we are the right fit
-3 x Antenatal Sessions- 2 hours - 2 in person and 3rd can be online or in person
-24/7 on call from 38 weeks gestation
-2 x 2hour our Postnatal Sessions
-Unlimited phone and text support until we close the container.
If you don’t need as many sessions we can talk about other packages or if you want to add Mother Blessing Ritual.
Payment Plans are always available.
Labour
Support throughout labour: I am available for phone support in early labour and will come to your home / birth location once labour is established / active and stay until a few hours after your birth and you feel settled with your baby.
I can also come during early labour if that it what you need to feel supported.
