I am a multifaceted Healer and Doula. My journey of self healing has allowed me to step into deeper service and the realms of holding space for others.

I am passionate about seeing a healed humanity. One where we live in harmony with Mother Earth sharing our unique gifts with our communities. One where our children are birthed into loving arms in ceremony. Where Mothers are empowered by their pregnancy, birth and post partum.

My connection with spirit has been lifelong but was deepened in my early 20’s through travel and connecting with healing practitioners of varying modalities. I weave spirit and plants into all of the work that I do.

I am interested in psychology, Birthwork, fashion design, pottery, poetry, Relational healing, healing sexuality and dance.

In 2022 whilst living in WA I started my journey with Doula-ing for birthing women. It was with deep honour that I was invited in to witness families birthing in their homes. I believe that the way a baby is born shapes their life and create the safest most sacred space for a soul to reach its highest potential of incarnation. It also shapes the mother and her nervous system for the rest of her life.

Currently placing my roots down in the Northern Rivers, NSW, I am activating clients through my intuitive energy work and bodywork sessions working on the subtle layers realigning the energetic body and activating prana or life force energy within the body.

My doors for Birth work in 2025 are also now open.

Outside of work you’'ll find me designing clothing for my other business- the Temple Unearthed, playing with clay and singing in Choir, gardening and dancing.
